THE OPPORTUNITY: United Multi Family is looking for new and veteran sales candidates to join our investment sales team specializing in the sale of multifamily properties.

THE SUPPORT: United Multi Family provides direct mail to your territory which generates Listing and Buyer leads. Agents are provided CRM software that tracks owners, buildings, and recent sales enabling you to make effective calls leading to more sales and listings. Our state-of-the-art website automatically calculates financials with the simple input of information and allows a listing to be created and sent out to thousands of investors in less than 15 minutes. United Multi Family has invested in best-in-class email and text distribution technology platforms that allow agents to communicate quickly with large lists of qualified investors already in the UMF database.
TRAINING: United Multi Family agents have access to daily meetings with company leadership and a detailed sales training platform. There are also opportunities for on-the-phone training to teach UMF salespeople the step by step process to go from listing to closing. Additionally, a senior member of UMF is available for weekly one-on-one meetings to review deals and keep agents on track to achieve their financial goals. UMF company leadership is with our new and veteran agents each step of the way for every transaction.
THE REQUIREMENTS: United Multi Family is looking for bright, driven, and hardworking individuals. Candidates must be serious about a full-time career in multifamily real estate sales and have the commitment and self-discipline to benefit from this opportunity. UMF is looking for detail-oriented individuals with above average analytic, computer, and communication skills. Candidates must be comfortable making out-going phone calls. A real estate license is not a requirement to interview but must be obtained in the state the candidate will work prior to starting. This opportunity is 100% commission based.
