Our Support:
-We provide direct mailings to multifamily owners in your territory generating valuable income listing leads.
-Custom CRM and Costar subscription tracking owners, buildings and recent sales enabling you to make effective calls leading to potential listings and sales. We have one of the most active proprietary databases of multifamily buyers and sellers that is updated monthly.
-Detailed training and weekly phone conference meetings to keep you on track to achieve your financial goals.
-In-house marketing team to ensure that new listings and sales receive maximum exposure allowing you to focus on new leads and closing deals.

The Requirements:
-Licensed Real Estate Salesperson or Broker
-2 Years of Real Estate Experience
-100% Commission Based
-Bright, driven and hardworking with a commitment to excellence
-Must be comfortable making outgoing calls for prospecting​
